Current capabilities
- HMRC / MTD direction — driver records are structured in line with Self Assessment and MTD (ITSA) requirements — including income, expenses, mileage, and tax-year context.
- Accountant workflows — accountants and clients work on the same dataset — reducing reconciliation and re-keying before filing. See also: For accountants.
- Bookkeeping tools — no generic “sync everything” promise — integrations are scoped based on real workflows (e.g. export to accountant systems, migration from spreadsheets).
- Roadmap — partner-facing APIs and richer exports are planned — published only when available in the product.
Data, exports & interoperability
Data is stored in structured records:
- Income entries
- Expense entries
- Mileage logs
- Tax-year context
Records are consistent across the tax year, which allows predictable exports and downstream processing.
Exports available (depending on use case):
- CSV exports for accountant review
- Structured data extracts for migration or filing workflows
Need something specific? Email with the format and target system — we'll confirm clearly what is available today, what requires custom work, and what is not a fit.
Example integration scenarios
- Exporting driver records into an accountant’s filing workflow
- Migrating historical spreadsheet data into TaxiManager
- Preparing structured data for MTD-compatible submission tools
- Supporting accountant-led multi-client review
For partners & technical enquiries
We work with partners where there is a clear operational fit — especially around MTD, accountant workflows, and structured driver data. If the use case fits, we'll scope exports, handover formats, or deeper collaboration properly. If it doesn't, we'll say so early — no wasted cycles.
